Bagging & Delivery Day: June 28, 2022
One thing I have
always hoped to happen within Thank You AZ Blue
is to deliver to police departments that are
outside of Arizona.*
In June 2022, we had the opportunity to visit a
small police department outside of Ft. Leonard
Wood, Missouri (Fort Lost-in-the-woods for
military folks).
So while traveling on vacation, we took the
supplies along to fill 14 bags for the officers
and staff along with 2 K9 buckets of goodies for
Bree and Baylee.
It was a pleasure, and our grandson finally got
to participate in a bagging and a delivery.
Needless to say, according to him,
he isn't sure about the vests, because, "Those
things are really heavy grandma"!
