Ed, the owner of
Firehouse Subs in Surprise, AZ, generously
donated the use of his warehouse so that we
could continue to fill our bags and in a larger
area.
For El Mirage, Surprise, and
Tolleson, we were looking at 475 bags and of
course K9 bags. We headed to El Mirage first,
then on to the Surprise Police Department on
Monday, August 8. On Tuesday, we traveled to
Buckeye and delivered the remaining bags. So
many smiles and shows of appreciation to our
group.
You never know how much these bags
mean to the officers and their staff until you
partake in a delivery!
